The spacious, light-filled living area combines a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge with a sofa bed—the perfect place to share a meal after a day on the slopes, or enjoy a hot chocolate while admiring the snow-capped peaks.

On this level, you'll also find a beautiful shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, the comfort continues with:
A cozy double bedroom,
A bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends,
A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer,
And a second shower room, designed for a seamless and hassle-free stay.

After a day on the slopes of the Les Sybelles ski area or on the hiking trails, treat yourself to a well-deserved moment of relaxation in the residence's heated indoor pool (free access during opening hours: from December 20th to April 10th and from July 10th to August 31st).

Please note: the accommodation is accessible via a slight slope (the parking lot is located below the residence).

A free shuttle bus takes you to the village center in just a few minutes—and in summer, a small tourist train takes you to explore Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves and its mountain pastures.

Pets are welcome (€30/week or €5/day supplement) so the whole family can fully enjoy their stay.
