This charming duplex apartment is perfect for your mountain holidays with family or friends in St Sorlin d'Arves. With its 4 bedrooms and ideal location in a peaceful setting, yet close to the ski lifts and toboggan run, this very comfortable and spacious flat sleeps 8 people.

It comprises an entrance hall, bathroom, WC, bedroom with bunk beds, bedroom with double bed, living room with fully-equipped kitchen, sitting room and balcony with mountain views.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds. There is also a shower room with WC. Outside, there is a ski locker. Parking is available close to the flat (free parking in the residence).

The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, raclette machine and crockery for 8 people.

RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE L'ARVAN : Located near the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and on the LES SYBELLES ski area.
Access to the slopes is easy on foot or by free shuttle bus.

Free use of the residence's outdoor swimming pool during the summer when the residence is open from 07 July to 25 August.

Please note that bed linen and towels are optional and at an additional cost, as are end-of-stay cleaning and WIFI connection. You can order up to 3 days before your arrival.

PETS: The owner accepts pets! Please note that only small pets are accepted, kept on a lead and on condition that they are not left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds. The supplement for pets is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please inform the agency.
