Imagine preparing a meal while your loved ones relax on the sofa, admiring the sunrise over the snow-capped peaks, or simply enjoying a quiet moment in the heart of the village.

On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a shower room with a toilet, for immediate comfort.

Upstairs, the sleeping area features two double bedrooms, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds, a queeni size/twin bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

After a day on the slopes or hiking, everyone can relax in complete privacy, while the kitchen and large table invite you to enjoy convivial dinners with family or friends.

Ideally located in a quiet area yet very close to the ski lifts and toboggan run, with numerous hiking trails nearby.
Located near the church of St. Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Croix de Fer pass and in the LES SYBELLES ski area, access to the slopes and shops is very easy on foot (about 10 minutes) or even faster by free shuttle, or in summer thanks to the free little train.
