Upstairs, there is a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet, as well as three bedrooms with double beds and a fourth bedroom with a two simple bed and a bunk bed, for a total capacity of 10 people.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, electric coffee machine, kettle, raclette machine, toaster and crockery for 10 people.

RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE L'ARVAN II :
Ideally situated in a quiet area, but very close to the ski lifts and toboggan run, with many walks nearby. Close to the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and on the LES SYBELLES ski area, access to the slopes and shops is very easy on foot (around 10 minutes) or even quicker by free shuttle bus.

Parking is available close to the chalet (in the residence car park).

The swimming pool is free of charge during the summer season when the residence is open, i.e. from 07 July to 25 August.

Please note that bed linen and towels are optional and at an extra cost.
They can be ordered up to 3 days before arrival.

Pets are not allowed.
