The main living area, opening onto a large balcony with breathtaking mountain views, is an invitation to unwind. Imagine yourself comfortably seated in the living room, reading a book or simply admiring the sunlight on the peaks, while the mountains offer a unique spectacle every moment of the day.

The open, modern kitchen, fully equipped for 7 people, is designed for your convivial moments: share a meal with friends or family around the table, prepare your Savoyard specialties, and enjoy every moment together. It includes a dishwasher, large refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue sets, and complete tableware for 7 people.

The warm and comfortable sleeping area consists of:
*One bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed (sleeps 3)
*Two double bedrooms (160x200 cm)
*Shower room and separate toilet

Each bedroom is bright and welcoming, a true haven for recharging your batteries after a day on the slopes or hiking.

Step out onto the balcony and breathe in the pure Alpine air and gaze at the majestic peaks.
In winter, the free shuttle at the foot of the residence quickly takes you to the slopes, while in summer, the little village train allows you to explore the surrounding area easily and peacefully.

The apartment is located in the LES AIGUILLES residence, between the town hall and the church of St Sorlin d'Arves.
The location of this residence is very attractive, being in the heart of the village in a quiet area: Ski shop and restaurant are 100m away.
Access to the slopes, ski school, daycare, and tourist office are approximately 600m away.
