In order to confirm a reservation, You Ski asks the tenant to pay a 30% deposit. The tenant is required to pay the full amount of the rental at the latest 7 days before arrival by the means of payment of his choice, namely : cheque made out to You Ski immobilier, cash, credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy : If the tenant wishes to cancel his reservation, the deposit will be refunded up to 100% if the cancellation takes place more than 30 days before arrival, it will be kept as compensation below 30 days and the full amount of the reservation will be due for a cancellation taking place less than 7 days before arrival on the premises.
We encourage tenants to take out a travel insurance policy in the event of unforeseen circumstances, accidents or any other problem that may prevent the rental.
The tenant undertakes during the entire duration of the seasonal rental to :
- Maintain the rented accommodation and do what is necessary to keep it in a clean state
- Be responsible for any damage that occurs during the stay, except that resulting from abnormal wear and tear or a defect
- Respect the neighbourhood and avoid any noise that could affect the stay of other occupants of the residence. The owner declines all responsibility in the event of a problem related to the external environment
An inventory of furniture is given to the tenant when he enters the apartment and an inventory of fixtures at the entrance and exit will be carried out in order to verify that the rental has not caused any damage or breakage.
A deposit of 400 euros (by cheque, credit card or cash) will be requested before entering the premises and refunded within 15 days provided that no deduction is made. The tenant is responsible for damage, deterioration or breakage during the rental periods and for dirt or disorder requiring additional cleaning hours.
